What data and why?

Contact form. When you fill it out, we collect your name, email address, website URL and your answers to the form questions (platform, main concern, desired timeline). We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and, if requested, to send a quote.

Analytics. We use Matomo in cookieless mode: no cookies, anonymised IP address, no personally identifiable data and therefore no cookie banner.

The processing of your contact data is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time via [email protected].

Processors and retention

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed by Mautic (contact data) and Matomo (anonymised analytics), both self-managed on servers within the European Union. All communication is over HTTPS.

We retain your contact data for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete it, unless a client relationship arises in the meantime.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and to withdraw your consent. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
